The Opportunity:
Working in partnership with our growing client, Techforce Personnel are recruiting multiple Civil Supervisors to lead multiple projects across Perth. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team with a great team culture to manage large-scale civil works and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be responsible for site operations.
• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of civil construction, bulk earthworks and road construction.
• Be responsible for safety, quality and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage multiple projects at once.
• Conduct STI (Structural, Thermal and Insulation) inspections and preliminary assessments. 
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a strong, high-performing culture. 

• Experience Civil Supervisor with a strong background in bulk earthworks & civil sites.
• The Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Understanding of structural and groundworks, with a focus on underground services, retaining walls, and road construction.
• Experience conducting STI inspections is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership & people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
