The Opportunity:
Working in partnership with our growing client, Techforce Personnel are recruiting Estimator with a strong electrical or mechanical background to join our clients team, a leader in engineering solutions in South Perth. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team with a great team culture to manage large-scale civil works and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will:

• Assist in delivering accurate and timely electrical and mechanical estimating services.
• Ensure tenders are technically and numerically correct, with appropriate production methods and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate document control throughout the tender process.
• Ensure all tender documentation is completed and authorised before submission.
• Submit tenders on time and review awarded contracts against initial submissions
• Develop knowledge of applicable Australian and client standards
• Support Lead Estimators with Switchroom estimates
• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines
• Respond to client queries accurately and efficiently
• Assist with marketing, presentations, and negotiations related to tenders
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

• Electrical Trade, Engineering, Estimating experience, or Trade Background
• Previous experience as an Estimator in a manufacturing, construction, or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of switchboard/switchroom production processes
• LV/MV Electrical experience with an OEM or EPC
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Switchboard/Switchroom Workshop
