The Opportunity:
In partnership with our client, Techforce Recruitment is seeking a Fabrication Workshop Manager to join our client in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a fabrication or boilermaker background with experience creating work orders and components for trailers. 
   
To be considered you must have:

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar role
• Previous fabrication, boilermaker or mechanical fitting experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous heavy equipment experience
• Be responsible for safety, quality and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage multiple projects at once.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a strong, high-performing culture. 
• Previous experience creating work orders.
• Previous experience creating skid plates, goosenecks etc for trailers.    

• Regular ongoing shutdowns with multiple clients – pick your own roster
