• Australian Trade Certificate/Recognition (Mandatory)
• 3 - 5 Years + Experience in Formwork Carpentry 
• Driving License 
• Experience with Peri Formwork Systems 
• Experience with Conventional Systems 

• A comprehensive pre-employment medical examination
• Drug and alcohol testing

• Details of sites where you are currently inducted
• A list of valid certifications
