The Opportunity:
Working in partnership with our client, Techforce Personnel are seeking a strategic HR professional to join our client in Perth. We are recruiting someone who is an experienced and motivated HR Manager to drive growth, enhance HR systems, and cultivate a supportive workplace culture.
This role is perfect for an HR leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment. You’ll be pivotal in driving employee engagement, streamlining HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & Development: Implement HR strategies that support business expansion and professional development.
- Systems Improvement: Enhance HR processes and leverage analytics to drive efficiency.
- Employee Retention & Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensure HR policies align with legal standards and industry best practices.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role with a track record of successful strategy implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and experience with HR analytics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with Supply Nation.
