Techforce Personnel are seeking experienced Polywelders for ongoing contracts with flexibility in starts with immediate mobilizations and projects commencing early January.

To be considered for this role you will need

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Polywelder.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated expertise in all aspects of butt and electrofusion welding, with experience in operator roles on relevant mining or construction sites.
• At least 2 years of experience working with various Polywelding equipment and procedures, including McElroy T618, T500, T900, and Dixon welders.
• A minimum of 1 year of on-site operational experience.
• Proficiency in performing hydrotesting operations on HDPE.
• Self-sufficient in welding operations and capable of leading a small poly crew.
• Self-reliant in general earthworks with the ability to manage and coordinate task-specific teams.
• Competence in interpreting HDPE and civil construction drawings.
• Inductions with BHP, RIO, and FMG are highly desirable.

• Poly welding ticket (Experience with both Dixon and Mcelroy)
• Chainsaw Ticket
• Dogging Ticket
• IT Loader
• Excavator
• C2 / C6 crane ticket
• HR drivers Licence

Additional Requirements

• Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn and progress 
• The ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Have 2 recent contactable references
• Current Valid Drivers Licence
• Clean Police Clearance within 3 months (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to start ASAP
