Techforce is partnering with a leading electrical company in Adelaide to find an experienced Project Manager (Electrical). This exciting opportunity involves managing multiple electrical projects from initiation to client handover. You will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and monitoring project performance, ensuring technical, quality, delivery, and financial success while maintaining a professional and positive client experience.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of electrical switchboards and switchrooms, managing time, cost, and quality in line with best project management practices.
  • Develop clear and concise project plans, defining deliverables and communicating them effectively to the project team.
  • Work with the management team to allocate appropriate resources, including workforce, equipment, and suppliers, to meet delivery timelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Proactively manage risks, address project bottlenecks, and resolve any impediments to workflow in collaboration with function managers.
  • Handle the purchasing and procurement of materials and suppliers for production and construction needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements, working closely with Safety and Quality representatives.
  • Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A background in Electrical Engineering or a trade-related qualification.
  • Ideally, Project Management studies or qualifications.
  • Proven experience managing projects in manufacturing or construction industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar project planning tools.
