We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Trainer Assessor with strong mobile production operating and training experience to join our Tier 1 client's team on an 8/6 basis.
 
Role Description:

• Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency)
• Training and refreshing qualifications on various equipment
• Further Development of personnel
• Creating plans and delivering site training objectives
• Developing retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activity 
• Perform training activities and assessments for operators as required 
• Assist the trainee in the knowledge of all of the Operating Procedures for the item of plant they are training on

• Minimum TAE 116
• Current manual C Class drivers’ license
• White card
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Trainer Assessor
• Intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
• Previous experience operating heavy mobile equipment in a mining environment 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
